Welcome to our community-driven initiative based in Queensland, where we support water utilities with training and development opportunities by utilizing over 20 years in the water industry to ensure sustainable success with water quality, chemical dosing, operations & maintenance, bulk and reticulation networks. As a non-profit organization, our mission is clear: to uplift communities through the power of training, education & community sports. Through our dedicated efforts, we organize impactful community events and sales, channeling all proceeds towards providing essential equipment and support to those in need of a helping hand. Join us in our commitment to fostering inclusion, diversity & sustainability within the Pacific water industry & grassroots sports - ensuring that every individual has the opportunity to thrive on and off the field.

Currently we are working closely with our friends at the Tonga Water Board, with some of the funds from our fund raising golf day we have purchased & donated a new galaxy tablet & tough case for the field crews to use to collect water quality data, and a reverse osmosis distiller for the new Lab which helps to service Nukualofa on the Island of Tonga Tapu.
We would like to thank O’Neills Sports for their ongoing support with donations of excess stock for us to sell, and gave us a great price so Lee & Laura Stutt from Eastoli Civil Construction could donate a new kit to support Hihifo RFC, Tonga, previously Fiji Airways supported helping to donate a full kit for Toloa Old Boys, Tonga, Brouhaha brewery getting behind a new Paladin kit for Kolomotau RFC, Tonga, with other funds raised we have donated to Mokani Rugby Club, Fiji, with new Gilbert rugby balls, we’re also always seeking new Gurus to join our mission and donations to auction at future events.
To become a Guru we’re asking for you to share your story - filmed in an interview format. Holding community fundraising events has given us the opportunity to be a platform for sporting personalities to share their journey from grassroots to the fields they’ve played on. Through these conversations we’re working to inspire aspiring athletes and facilitate stronger community ties while providing gear and apparel clubs need to continue playing.
